Shipping to the EU
- Chronopost Standard Home delivery: 2-4 business days, 10 EUR
- DPD Standard Home delivery: 2-4 business days, 10 EUR
- UPS Standard: 2-4 business days, 15 EUR
- UPS Express: 1-2 business days, 20 EUR
VAT is included in in all product prices.
Shipping outside the EU
- UPS Express Export: 2-4 business days, 20 EUR
- DHL Express Export: 2-4 business days, 30 EUR

Shipping to United Kingdom
- UPS Standard: 3-5 business days, 15 EUR
- UPS Express: 2-4 business days, 25 EUR
- UPS Next day delivery Export: 1 business day, 40 EUR

Returns policy
- If you are located in France, a return fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund. Extra fees can be applied if you are located outside France.
- All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies for full-priced and sale pieces.
- All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return.
- Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included.
- Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.
- When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
- We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
- We don’t accept returns or claims of KHOLOD pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
- Returns processing may take longer during busy periods.
